HRSG’s consulting practice focuses on employee and organizational development primarily through the development of custom-tailored competency models and a number of behaviour-based HR management applications. These applications are designed to hire, retain and motivate highly qualified employees, and develop the level of competence of existing employees in such a way as to impact the service, quality and / or productivity of the organization. The graph below depicts our philosophy on human capital management practices. Specifically, we believe that most of these practices must be based on the competency requirements defined for the organization, department and immediate job an employee is working in.
