The training division of HRSG specializes in knowledge management and education learning services. HRSG provides innovative, customized solutions while remaining focused on our mission of helping organizations achieve success through the transfer of knowledge, learning opportunities and education to its employees. IHRM supports the full spectrum of consulting and research services provided by HRSG, thereby ensuring client organizations have the necessary knowledge to manage or administer the programs and/or policies developed through HRSG consulting and research.
HRSG takes a Systems Approach to Training utilizing a design map that encompasses all aspects of training design, including the development of the project plan, conducting a needs analysis, determining the course objectives and module outlines; development of the instructional strategy, validation and evaluation. There are different variations of the SAT model, however, there are typically four main phases, including: Needs analysis; Design & development of learning programs; Delivery/facilitation of the programs; Validation/evaluation of the programs' effectiveness.
HRSG, can provide design and development services to support distance and self-directed learning programs with a particular emphasis on computer-based and web-based learning strategies. Within this context, HRSG can embed a number of media within these technologies including video / audio clip demonstrations for web / computer-based training delivery.
